MRI Software Legacy MRI Workspeed Facility Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 CRS Facility Services implemented MRI Workspeed as a Facility Management application to centralize work order and tenant handbook workflows supporting client program operations. MRI Workspeed was positioned to manage ticket lifecycles from initial request through closing and submission to accounting, aligning the application with core operations and client-facing service delivery. The implementation focused on work order management and service request tracking, including ticket intake, assignment, closure, and routing of closed tickets to accounting. Tenant handbook management and standard reporting capabilities were used to collect and organize client data on a monthly cadence, and the system supported administrative workflows for RFP and proposal management. Operational coverage centered on office and regional operations, with the Office Manager role owning day to day ticket administration, client communications, and coordination with accounting and light human resources and payroll tasks. MRI Workspeed supported interactions between executive management and operations by consolidating client program work tickets and maintaining documentation for client accounts. Governance relied on role based ticket ownership and monthly reporting controls, with the Office Manager responsible for structuring and communicating office policies, maintaining equipment inventories, and managing IT device provisioning and troubleshooting related to field operations. Workflows for ticket processing, tenant handbook updates, and proposal handling were formalized under that governance model to sustain consistent service delivery across the organization.
