Operational tasks documented in the program included review and approval of vendors invoices in Serrala, maintenance of purchase requisition and change request records via SharePoint and Ariba, and coordination of expense reporting and travel booking through Concur. SharePoint administration was implemented to create libraries, define metadata structures, and set groups and permissions for shared document management.
Integrations were explicitly established to connect Serrala FinanceSuite with Concur for expense reporting and travel workflows, with Ariba and SharePoint for purchase requisitions and PRR submissions, and with Visio and an Excel database used to maintain the site org chart. The application footprint impacted finance, procurement, and executive administrative functions, supporting meeting and event coordination workflows, protocol and action log generation, and task tracking across those groups.

Operational coverage centered on Plant to Inventory, with direct impacts to production planning, inventory and warehouse management, plant maintenance, and quality processes across the Bern site and as part of a global template and rollout strategy.
