Serrala FinanceSuite Accounts Payable was integrated with SAP S/4 Hana Fiori to synchronize vendor master data and to post invoice and payment transactions into the ERP, with interfaces developed to support transactional handoff and reconciliation. The solution architecture centralized invoice data and processing while maintaining ERP posting and reporting in SAP S/4 Hana Fiori.
Governance addressed process standardization, change management and training, with rollout and training executed across four manufacturing sites and over 30 regional sales offices in Europe, APAC, LATAM and North America. The deployment impacted Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement and shared services processes, and included structured training and process controls to embed the new AP Automation workflows.
