Sage Legacy Sage Intacct ERP Financial ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, CT Green Bank implemented Sage Intacct as its ERP Financial system to serve as the organizationwide system of record for transactional finance and expense visibility. The deployment established a centralized source for bills and expense data that underpins management reporting and supports the finance team led by the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Sage Intacct was configured to provide core financial controls typical of an ERP Financial implementation, including consolidated general ledger capabilities, accounts payable and bill management, and real-time financial reporting feeds. The application provided the foundational financial data that enabled downstream planning and variance analysis and reduced reliance on spreadsheet consolidation. A two-way integration between Sage Intacct and Limelight was implemented, enabling Limelight to consume real-time transactional data from Sage Intacct and to push finalized budgets back into Sage Intacct for operational use. This integration allowed finance and business managers to compare bills and expenses in Sage Intacct with driver based budgets and scenario models maintained in Limelight, improving transparency across departments and for board reporting. Workflow and governance were restructured to move budgeting, forecasting, and driver maintenance out of ad hoc spreadsheets and into a controlled planning layer. Limelight automated payroll benefit percentage updates and salary allocations while Sage Intacct remained the authoritative transactional ledger, and department level access controls in Limelight provided secure, role specific views for business and non business users. As a result of the Sage Intacct and Limelight implementation, CT Green Bank accelerated planning and reporting cycles, enabled rapid what if scenario modeling tied to drivers such as solar production, and increased user adoption across finance and program teams. Finance staff gained faster error detection, improved budget accuracy, and consolidated reporting workflows, allowing management to analyze and communicate financial positions more efficiently.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, CT Green Bank implemented Microsoft 365. The bank's public website references Microsoft 365, indicating an organization-wide adoption of the application as part of its Collaboration stack. Microsoft 365 as a Collaboration platform typically delivers core capabilities such as hosted email, real-time chat and meetings, and cloud file services. The deployment at CT Green Bank implies configuration of core collaboration modules including email and calendaring, document management and sharing, and synchronous collaboration workflows to support staff communication and content publishing. Operational coverage is centered on internal staff across corporate functions, with standard governance practices expected around centralized user provisioning, access control, role-based administration, and information protection policies. The visible use of Microsoft 365 on the public website suggests at least surface-level integration or reference between the bank’s external web properties and its Microsoft 365 tenant, which informs administration and content governance for Collaboration.

The Trade Desk Legacy The Trade Desk Digital Advertising Platform CRM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, CT Green Bank implemented The Trade Desk as its Digital Advertising Platform on its public website. The Trade Desk Digital Advertising Platform was deployed to support programmatic campaign management, audience targeting and real time bidding capabilities that are typical for a demand side platform, and the implementation was explicitly scoped to the bank website and digital marketing activities. The Trade Desk was configured to run site level ad tag delivery and campaign delivery logic, enabling centralized campaign scheduling, frequency controls and creative rotation for digital display and programmatic buys. Operational ownership is described as residing with marketing and digital channels, with governance focused on campaign approval workflows and campaign configuration controls rather than cross enterprise systems integration.
