Integrations were implemented at the workflow level to feed assortment outputs into merchandising execution and e-commerce channels, maintaining alignment between financial plans and assortment definitions. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized financial planning combined with localized assortment decisioning, introducing structured approval and calendar-driven planning cycles for category managers and store planners. The adoption positioned Cultura to use Aptean Assortment Planning as the core merchandising and planning system for France, supporting standardized assortment governance and localized assortment creation.
