In 2013, Cultura implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as its core ERP Financial platform. The deployment targeted the France-based retail group with approximately 4,500 employees and was positioned to support finance operations and partner relationship follow up workflows. The implementation was executed using Sage Business Cloud X3 version 6.20 in the finance information system and was configured to manage core financial modules typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and statutory reporting, while supporting transactional accounting workflows and financial period controls. Sage Business Cloud X3 was integrated with Culturas retail payment environment labeled SI Encaissement, specifically Générix GccLocalPOS 3.80, Ingenico axis k4 and Aveo onus, and connected with HR systems SAGE HRM, Horoquartz and Edoceo Elmg. Decision support data and aggregated financial reporting were delivered into the SI DECISIONNEL based on Microstrategy, enabling consolidated reporting across finance, payment transactions and HR feeds. Governance focused on master data control for partners, defined transactional interface rules between point of sale, HR and finance systems, and process orchestration for partner relation tracking within the finance information system. The implementation documented integration touch points into Microstrategy for analytics and maintained role based segregation of duties across finance and HR workflows.
