Reporting and analytics were operationalized alongside the implementation, with Cognos and RRS used for stakeholder reporting, RRS and Excel dashboards for KPIs, and Visio used for organisational charting and process flow documentation. Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, including creation of process maps and flowcharts, implementation of the Appraisals, Leaver and Time Management modules on the employee self service portal MyView, and delivery of training and support materials for end users.
