The implementation was led from the HRIS function and tied candidate intake into existing HR operations, establishing the eArcu ATS & Onboarding application as the primary recruitment to onboarding flow for internal stakeholders and business partners.
Implementation work covered core applicant tracking and onboarding workflows, configuration of candidate lifecycle pipelines, and automation of onboarding task lists and new hire data capture consistent with Applicant Tracking System,Onboarding capabilities. The HRIS team executed planning, development and rollout activities, and delivered documentation, end user training, and branded employee self service experiences through the MyView portal.
Explicit integrations anchored the deployment, the HR and Payroll system ResourceLink was integrated with the eArcu recruitment systems to transmit new hire and leaver data, and automation of HR, Payroll and L&D processes was realized through ResourceLink and eForms on MyView. Reporting and analytics were operationalized alongside the implementation, with Cognos and RRS used for stakeholder reporting, RRS and Excel dashboards for KPIs, and Visio used for organisational charting and process flow documentation.
Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, including creation of process maps and flowcharts, implementation of the Appraisals, Leaver and Time Management modules on the employee self service portal MyView, and delivery of training and support materials for end users. Data feeds supported eForms on the employee self-service portal MyView and enabled reporting tied to the Appraisals module, Leaver process and Time Management module implemented on MyView.
