Exact Synergy was configured to provide capture, indexing, version control, records retention and workflow routing for project deliverables and corporate documents. The implementation leveraged Exact Synergy modules for centralized storage, metadata driven search, permission based access control and automated approval workflows to support document centric business processes.
The Exact Synergy deployment was integrated with Exact Globe and ScanSys, with Exact Synergy serving as the document hub linked to Exact Globe records and ingesting scanned imagery and metadata from ScanSys. Integrations focused on document to transaction linking and a scan ingestion pipeline to associate scanned assets and financial or project records within the repository.
Axians acted as the implementation partner, leading configuration, system integration and rollout activities and establishing governance for content ownership, access controls and approval flows. Change management included administrator enablement and phased user onboarding across finance and operations to operationalize Exact Synergy.
