In 2017, Dalekovod Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management as the core Order Management solution for its logistics and order processing functions. OSIR-ERPIS acted as the functional and technical consultant and implementation partner during the Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management deployment within the Dalekovod d.d. environment. The rollout targeted Order Management and adjacent logistics capabilities across procurement and shipping workflows.
The program delivered Oracle 11i based logistic modules including INV, PO, OM, and WSH, with technical design and development of customizations in Oracle 11i applications. Functional and technical consultancy work covered module configuration, custom form and workflow development, and ongoing system administration responsibilities. Implementation activities emphasized solution mapping to Dalekovod business processes and configuration of order capture, purchasing, inventory control, and shipping execution capabilities.
Integrations were implemented to connect Oracle E-Business Suite with third-party applications, with OSIR-ERPIS responsible for interfaces and technical integration work. Operational coverage focused on procurement, order-to-cash processing, warehouse and shipping operations, and internal logistics teams. The implementation included systems administration tasks to maintain interfaces and support operational continuity.
Project governance followed AIM project management methodology, with business process modelling, gap analysis, and solution mapping used to align Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management functionality to Dalekovod business requirements. OSIR-ERPIS provided combined functional and technical consulting through configuration, development, and deployment phases, and supported handover into operational support and system administration.
