In 2019, Datagroup Ukraine implemented Ringostat Call Tracking on their website to capture and attribute inbound calls from digital channels. Datagroup Ukraine uses Ringostat Call Tracking as a Call Tracking and Recording solution to support marketing and sales performance analytics, with web-level number provisioning and session-level attribution configured at the site layer.
The deployment centered on standard Call Tracking and Recording capabilities, including dynamic number insertion to map phone numbers to campaigns, session and call metadata capture for UTM parameter attribution, call recording for quality and verification, and inbound call routing to sales teams. Ringostat Call Tracking was configured to generate call-level analytics and event data that align with campaign tagging, enabling unified reporting across phone and web touchpoints.
Operational ownership was placed with marketing and sales functions, with administrative controls for phone number pools and reporting access configured inside the Ringostat application. The implementation emphasized web integration and instrumentation on Datagroup Ukraine website pages, and governance included role-based access to call logs and configuration settings to ensure consistent campaign attribution and operational use.
