Governance and delivery were organized around the Frontera team model, with the Oracle Project Management Cloud lead accountable for end to end requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and data migration support. Operational ownership was positioned within Defence Science and Technology Laboratory finance and project finance functions, with the implementation designed to centralize financial processing and project financial controls under Oracle Cloud ERP.
