In 2022, DenizBank deployed Neurons AI for Personalization and Product Recommendations. NEOHUB, a DenizBank subsidiary, used Neurons AI to support a Performance Marketing and Digital Media deployment focused on fastPay creative optimization in Turkey.
The implementation centered on Neurons AI attention prediction and creative scoring capabilities, which were configured to evaluate and rank marketing creatives. Configuration work prioritized dynamic selection and automated prioritization of banner creative, in app messaging and rich push content to align creative exposure with predicted attention signals.
Operational coverage was scoped to performance marketing and digital media workflows managed by NEOHUB and targeted the fastPay product experience across mobile and digital channels. Integrations were limited to campaign execution and creative delivery layers within the marketing stack, with Neurons AI providing real time creative selection inputs to campaign decisioning processes.
Governance focused on embedding creative scoring into campaign operations and campaign decision workflows to standardize creative selection. Outcomes reported from the deployment included a 65% increase in in app click through rates and a 55% increase in in app conversion rates, attributed to the use of Neurons AI attention prediction and creative scoring.
