Functional workbook validation, test scenario creation and application customization supported go live readiness. Integrations tied Fusion HCM to payroll and external systems, including a PeopleSoft Payroll integration and HCM Connect based interfaces. The team developed, debugged and maintained inbound and outbound interface programs for batch file import and export, and supported Oracle Time and Labor configurations where required. Operational coverage included HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent and Learning functions within DENSO North America and ongoing interface and payroll process support. Governance and security design included creation of custom security job roles, Create/Modify Data roles with security profiles, job roles, application roles and duty roles, plus workflows and approvals to enforce absence and HR processes. The implementation established enterprise and workforce structures, prepared assignment sets and batch headers for payroll testing, and addressed defect fixes and enhancements in interface programs. Routine operational activities encompassed troubleshooting payroll processing issues, element setup adjustments and continued business process support.
