A team organized around eight Work Stream leads executed design, build, data migration, unit and integration testing, and cutover planning, while automation centered on master data flows and onboarding orchestration.
The project included approximately c25 integrations to connect the Core HR deployment with local payroll feeds, recruitment platforms, and learning record systems, each scoped into integration testing and cutover windows. Integration validation was treated as part of end to end testing cycles to ensure consistent HR, payroll, and talent management data across regional systems.
Governance was centralized under a Global Talent Project Manager who managed work stream coordination, regional rollout sequencing, stakeholder communications, and change management activities. The rollout approach emphasized phased testing, coordinated cutover, and standardized governance to support HR, talent acquisition, payroll, and learning functions across participating countries.
