Sage Legacy Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) ERP Financial ERP n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Dependable Supply Chain Services implemented Sage Business Cloud X3, ex Sage ERP X3, as an ERP Financial application across its distribution centers. The rollout targeted distribution center operations with a focus on warehouse receiving and shipping functions and transportation staff oversight, and it directly involved a frontline team responsible for 40 warehouse and transportation personnel. The deployment served inventory control and financial posting workflows common to ERP Financial systems, aligning operational transaction processing with centralized ledger and lot tracking capabilities. Configuration work emphasized Lot Code Control and Quality Control programs within Sage Business Cloud X3, and the project included development of replenishment logic to coincide with the application go live. The implementation delivered configured lot tracking, quality inspection workflows, and replenishment rules, and training was provided to create consistency among users across distribution centers. Sage Business Cloud X3 was used to instrument inventory transactions and quality events to support accurate inventory valuation and traceability. Operational coverage included multiple distribution centers and the warehouse receiving, shipping, and transportation functions, and the effort included a physical reorganization of warehouse processes to meet Quality Control Standards. Governance changes established standardized QA procedures and communication channels to ensure changing QA and federal regulations were communicated and executed at the operational level. The program tied operational process changes to system controls so that lot code management and quality checks became embedded in daily receiving and shipping workflows. The implementation successfully launched Lot Code Control and Quality Control programs and incorporated a replenishment system that ran alongside Sage Business Cloud X3. The team collaborated with management to reduce spoilage and to maintain an accurate inventory count, aligning warehouse processes and system controls to support ongoing compliance and inventory integrity.

Workday Legacy Paradox Olivia Chatbot Recruiting Chatbot HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Dependable Supply Chain Services deployed Paradox Olivia Chatbot as a Recruiting Chatbot to front-end candidate engagement on its careers site. The implementation uses ParadoxAI embedded on careers.godependable.com to handle initial candidate interactions, and it is positioned within the Talent Acquisition function for US-based hiring activity. Paradox Olivia Chatbot was configured to perform conversational screening, capture candidate details, answer role and process questions, and route qualified candidates into downstream workflows. The deployment follows standard Recruiting Chatbot functional patterns, including scripted question flows, calendar coordination capabilities, and automated routing to recruiters or ATS handoffs. The chatbot is implemented as a cloud SaaS widget integrated with Workday to synchronize candidate records and hand off applicants into applicant tracking workflows. Governance is owned by the Talent Acquisition team with defined screening scripts, escalation rules to recruiters, and operational coordination with HRIS administrators to manage data mapping and access. Operational coverage is centered on the careers site and recruiting inbox workflows, with configuration focused on role qualification and candidate routing rather than enterprise-wide HR services. The design emphasizes continuous conversational engagement on the website through ParadoxAI while preserving record continuity into Workday for subsequent recruiting processes.
