Bullhorn Legacy Bullhorn JobScience Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Dexian implemented Bullhorn JobScience as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize candidate records and standardize entry level sales hiring across the Midwest and Texas regions. Bullhorn JobScience was adopted by Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting to manage sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, placement tracking, and onboarding facilitation for campus and early career recruitment workflows. The implementation emphasized candidate profile management and a dynamic recruiting pipeline, with configuration to document behavioral interviews and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements. Bullhorn JobScience served as the system of record for interview scheduling and offer progression, enabling the Talent Acquisition Specialist to track pipeline health and a 100 percent placement rate from interview to offer for the documented period. Integrations in practice included use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and employee referrals as sourcing channels feeding into Bullhorn JobScience, and the ATS was explicitly used to maintain up to date candidate profiles and placement status. Operational coverage included collaboration with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents in the Midwest and Texas regions, and partnership with University Recruiting Specialists for career fair and campus engagement activity. Governance and process changes consisted of a regular meeting cadence with regional leadership, including weekly fundamentals reviews and periodic bi weekly, quarterly, and annual planning sessions to align sourcing and hiring strategy. The implementation also formalized onboarding facilitation steps within Bullhorn JobScience to ensure hired candidates completed required pre start activities. The recruiting team and the Talent Acquisition Specialist role were affected by company lay offs on January 29, 2024, which is recorded as a subsequent operational event.

Oracle Legacy Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2015
In 2014, Dexian implemented Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management. The project established an Enterprise Asset Management capability for the professional services organization, aligning asset accounting and lifecycle tracking across Dexian's approximately 12,000 employees and its 70 locations worldwide, including U.S. operations. Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management was configured on PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 to manage core asset lifecycle functions such as asset master data, capitalization, depreciation schedules, transfers, retirements, and maintenance planning. Configuration work included asset categories, depreciation books, capitalization thresholds, and role based security for asset custodians, finance controllers, and maintenance teams to support fixed asset accounting and stewardship workflows. The implementation integrated with PeopleSoft General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Billing, Commitment Control, and Purchasing to enable end to end transactional flows between procurement, billing, and fixed asset accounting. Integration used PeopleSoft native posting and accounting interfaces to maintain ledger alignment and commitment control, and reporting feeds were provisioned to support finance, audit, and asset management reporting requirements. Operational ownership covered finance, procurement, and IT service teams, and the primary business functions impacted were finance, asset accounting, and procurement control. Project governance followed a centralized project management office approach, with Senior Project Manager responsibilities drawn from PeopleSoft Financials program experience, including creation and execution of project work plans, milestone and resource tracking, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintenance of project documentation. The delivery plan emphasized organizational change management and user training, and formal review gates were used to validate configuration, testing, and cutover readiness prior to production activation.
