Operational coverage targeted the bank’s branch network in India and the customer onboarding and operations functions, shifting service-request work from decentralized branch handling to centralized processing hubs. Governance changes emphasized standardized workflows and process controls managed through the OmniFlow/BPM module to reduce paper and courier dependence and to enforce consistent service levels. The project delivered explicit outcomes reported by the bank, account opening cycle time falling from 19.5 days to under 48 hours, an approximately 3x productivity improvement, significant paper and courier savings, and centralized service-request processing under the NewgenONE DPA Business Process Management deployment.
