The implementation encompassed core financial modules and customized capabilities, including auto posted sales invoices, auto posted receivables, automatic purchase order creation, and three way matching on PO invoices. Custom work included fixed asset customization, bank reconciliation statement customization, manufacturing process flow support, AP AR GL customizations, inventory return request mail updates, and broad report customizations with SSRS based reporting and management report deployment for 25 entities. Integrations and technical components were delivered through multiple interfaces and development technologies, Microsoft Dynamics GP was integrated with e billing and third party systems, and data migration efforts moved historical data into Microsoft Dynamics GP with SQL support. Implementation artifacts included SQL stored procedures and functions, Integration Manager usage for data upload, Dexterity development for customized windows and logic, SmartConnect and Excel upload pipelines, and UiPath based upload automation where required. Project governance combined techno functional consulting, requirement gathering, and staged functional rollout, with responsibilities covering creation and customization of GP windows, SSRS report development, MR report implementation, manual and functional testing, server deployment of developed packages, and end user training and support. Ongoing functional level support and customer vendor approval workflows were established to sustain the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial environment across the 25 entity scope.

The program delivered a reported approximately 4x reduction in recurring costs and improved scalability and availability for broadband authentication and session management.
