Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics AX Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial ERP Financial Management PLDT 2020 2020
In 2020, DMCI Homes implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its core ERP platform. PLDT Enterprise, through its ePLDT arm, provisioned the cloud-based hosting and subscription services and supported the migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment was scoped around ERP Financial capabilities, with configuration emphasis on core financial management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and project accounting to align with construction and property development workflows. Role-based security, centralized master data for finance and projects, and embedded analytics and data monitoring were configured to standardize accounting and cost control processes across the organization. Integrations implemented as part of the rollout include Microsoft Office 365 for collaboration and identity services, alongside PLDT ePLDT cloud infrastructure for hosting and platform management. The implementation unified CRM and ERP workflows to support enterprise functions across Marketing, Customer Care, IT, Corporate Planning and mobile field operations, enabling device-agnostic access and improved cross-departmental information flow. Governance and operational ownership were structured with PLDT Enterprise responsible for platform provisioning, privacy controls and baseline user management, while DMCI Homes aligned IT and business stakeholders to govern business processes and user adoption. The combined solution delivered the stated outcomes of improved collaboration, streamlined file sharing, enhanced mobility and strengthened privacy and user controls under the ERP Financial deployment.

Hitachi Vantara Legacy Hitachi Lumada Enterprise Asset Management Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, DMCI Homes implemented Hitachi Lumada Enterprise Asset Management to centralize property and asset lifecycle data as an Enterprise Asset Management solution across its Philippine operations. The implementation consolidated and automated core business processes, replacing 27 standalone systems and establishing a single point of reference for transactional and operational data across business units. The Hitachi Lumada Enterprise Asset Management deployment encompassed unified ERP-aligned capabilities, including accounting, credit and collection, contract management, contractor payments, and remedial contract restructuring. Reporting was configured with 150 standard reports and more than 100 customized reports to eliminate manual data aggregation, while document management enabled a paperless delivery of customer facing documents. The solution was instrumented with a robust workflow engine, with over 100 workflows configured for customer onboarding, contract processes, restructuring, contract cancellation, financing, and default management. Operational coverage extended across all departments and locations within DMCI Homes, integrating seller commission visibility for third party sellers to provide near real-time commission information and reducing sales process friction. The deployment automated invoicing cycles, streamlined collections and penalty generation, and connected business units to eliminate duplication of data collection mechanisms. Governance and process controls were formalized through business rules, validations, and workflow-driven approvals to increase transparency and traceability of inter-departmental processes. The implementation delivered explicit operational outcomes cited by DMCI Homes, including easier and more accurate month-end accounting, faster billing and collections, reduced manual reporting effort, and a shift toward paperless operations, while enabling the company to claim optimization across the majority of its core business processes.
