| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2016 | 2017 |
In 2016, Det Norske Veritas implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial solution. The deployment was executed as a global program spanning APAC, Europe, and North America under the Global Oracle Deployment Team, with a focus on consolidating DNV global finance and project operations.
Configuration and testing workstreams targeted Oracle E-Business Suite modules for Projects, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Procurement, Intercompany, and General Ledger. The team led structured fit gap analysis sessions to model requirements and process changes, developed technical solutions for business requirements outside core scope, and authored comprehensive test plans and script frameworks to support Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Oracle E-Business Suite was instrumented to support core finance, project accounting, and intercompany workflows across DNV business units, with UAT execution covering every operation in Oracle for all DNV global processes. Change enablement included instructor led training sessions for more than 100 users and training documentation produced for over 1000 users, followed by hands on post go live support and troubleshooting to stabilize the environment onsite in APAC, Europe and North America.
Governance was managed through global process leads who facilitated change management plans and stakeholder approvals, with business analysts functioning as the primary requirement and acceptance testing owners. The program successfully implemented and stabilised Oracle E-Business Suite as the ERP Financial backbone across the covered regions.

| Vechain Foundation | Legacy | VeChainThor | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Det Norske Veritas implemented VeChainThor from Vechain Foundation as a Blockchain Platform to embed immutable provenance into its quality assurance and supply chain processes. The deployment targeted the company’s verification, certification, and supply chain transparency workflows within its global professional services operations.
The VeChainThor implementation focused on Blockchain Platform capabilities such as immutable ledger entries, transaction-level provenance, smart contract based attestations, and time-stamped audit trails to record certification and verification events. Configuration work centered on tokenized evidence and digital asset representations of certificates, plus on-chain claim and attestation workflows to support traceability and auditability.
Operational coverage emphasized integration of on-chain attestations into existing quality assurance and supply chain processes used by certification and verification teams, extending to customer-facing proof of provenance flows. The implementation was positioned to supplement process controls and evidence capture rather than to replace named enterprise systems.
Governance shifts included the introduction of on-chain verification checkpoints and changes to evidence submission and validation processes to support VeChainThor based attestations. The stated outcome of the initiative was improved supply chain transparency through blockchain-backed provenance and auditable certification records.
