Day-to-day operations included remote client support, multi-platform bookkeeping oversight, and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies across integrated systems. Operational intent centered on standardizing and automating AP/AR workflows across client engagements while improving the client experience through proactive guidance and rapid issue resolution.
