Integrations and interoperability were established with multiple accounting and data-capture platforms used by the practice — Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Desktop/Online, and Sage — and staff routinely connected Plooto to these systems to access, update, and verify client financial data in near real time. Day-to-day operations included remote client support, multi-platform bookkeeping oversight, and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies across integrated systems. Operational intent centered on standardizing and automating AP/AR workflows across client engagements while improving the client experience through proactive guidance and rapid issue resolution. The program explicitly addressed change management and data integrity challenges by combining system configuration, platform integrations, and hands-on onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to cloud-based accounting and payments.
