Operational workflows also referenced Neopost folder inserter equipment for certain mailouts, and staff performed backup mail runs, shrink wrap jobs for delivery, and stockroom replenishment for supplies. Governance and process responsibilities remained in the mailroom and customer service teams, who handled incoming scanning, mail entry into Innosource, outgoing shipment processing, and front counter customer assistance. The implementation emphasized inline mail assembly and integration with existing print and shipping processes, aligning Quadients Folder Inserters with Docufree Mailing System operations and daily mailroom task orchestration.
