Operational coverage targeted enterprise HR and payroll operations, with the Manager, HRIS (Workday) role coordinating stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and business units to validate end-to-end data integrity and process orchestration.
Governance and rollout responsibilities included system release management, structured testing cycles, documentation, user guides, and training materials under HRIS leadership. The program incorporated data governance, privacy and compliance controls referenced for SOX and GDPR, ongoing configuration management, and a staffed HRIS team to manage enhancements, support, and adoption of Workday Absence Management.
