| SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Doosan Group migrated its SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4 HANA rollout focused on ERP Financial capabilities, consolidating core finance and accounting processes for the manufacturing business across Doosan Group.
The implementation concentrated on standard SAP S/4 HANA financial modules and configurations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and management accounting functions, using the universal journal data model to unify transactional and managerial ledgers. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts rationalization, master data harmonization, and period close orchestration to align financial close and reporting workflows with the SAP S/4 HANA data structures.
Architecturally the program moved ECC transactional and master records onto the SAP S/4 HANA platform and the HANA in-memory database, preserving the SAP ecosystem integration points while replatforming the core financial data model to SAP S/4 HANA. The deployment retained connectivity with Doosan operational systems and SAP modules that remained in scope, while standardizing financial posting logic and document flows under the S/4 data schema.
Governance activities addressed financial process change control, data governance for master records, and a phased cutover approach to minimize accounting-period disruption. The Doosan Group SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial implementation positioned finance and accounting teams to operate on the streamlined S/4 data model and reporting foundation.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Doosan Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader cloud-based HCM deployment. The project addressed a global workforce of over 37,000 and a requirement to deliver consistent HR policies, processes and tools across borders and languages, using Compensation Management alongside Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance & Goals modules.
The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation was configured to centralize compensation planning and link pay decisions to performance inputs from Performance & Goals, supporting structured plan definitions, approval workflows and calibration processes typical of Compensation Management. Configuration emphasized global consistency across pay cycles and plan rules, while aligning compensation workflows with learning and performance signals captured in the cloud HCM suite.
Architecturally the deployment is hybrid, with the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors applications integrated with the organizational management and personnel administration OM/PA components of the on-premise SAP ERP HCM solution. That integration synchronized organizational hierarchies and personnel master data across regions, industries and legal entities, and supported data continuity between Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Governance and rollout were executed to support a unified global approach to HR, with program-level coordination across regions and legal entities and consolidated reporting to analyze data across key programs. As a result Doosan can support unified HR practices worldwide, attract and retain top performers, and provide employees with enhanced development and training programs, linked to compensation decisions through the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation deployment.

| Dapper Labs | Legacy | Dapper Labs Flow | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
Doosan Group implemented Dapper Labs Flow in 2021 to host the Dooverse NFT marketplace, selecting the Blockchain Platform to deliver consumer-facing NFT minting, trading, and social collectible experiences. The deployment uses Flow layer one blockchain capabilities and smart contracts to underpin tokenized collectibles and marketplace transactions, positioning Dapper Labs Flow as the core execution and ledger layer for digital asset provenance and ownership.
The Dooverse implementation includes an NFT marketplace module for minting and trading, pack mechanics for distribution of collectible trading cards and artwork, collectible management and ownership controls, and social engagement features built around collectible sets. Dapper Labs Flow is referenced across the architecture for scalability and consumer wallet interoperability, while smart contracts govern issuance, pack opening, set completion logic, and access entitlements.
Integration and operational responsibility were led by Doosan Digital Innovation BU and AnChain.AI in partnership with Dapper Labs, with AnChain.AI providing digital asset platform capabilities and security and compliance services. The initial content and engagement scope centered on Doosan Bears intellectual property, enabling global fan participation with earning mechanisms tied to purchasing packs, attending games, participating in fan meetups, and in venue transactions.
Governance and rollout were structured through Doosan Digital Innovation BU as the digital service provider for consulting, platform and infrastructure services, and ongoing product operations, with the Dooverse marketplace launching on November 30, 2021. Ownership of collectible cards is explicitly linked to fan benefits such as exclusive access to autograph signings and memorabilia, and the program is managed as a cross functional initiative spanning digital product, fan engagement, and marketing functions.
