Analytical feed and reporting were enabled through HANA Enterprise BI and Tableau, and HR recruiting processes were routed to SAP SuccessFactors while core HR remained on premise. Hosting and managed services were provided by Virtustream, and Deloitte served as the implementation partner for program delivery. Delivery followed a hybrid methodology, using waterfall for S/4 core ERP phases and agile delivery for the web and commerce releases, enabling phased commerce rollouts tied to ERP stabilization. Governance included cross functional coordination across commerce, IT, marketing, customer service and finance, with process re orchestration to align commerce transactions, CRM interactions and ERP financial flows.
