In 2023, Droom India implemented Uneecops HROne ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, to automate core HR processes at its Gurgaon, India location. The deployment established Uneecops HROne ATS as the central platform for onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and recruitment workflow automation across the HR function.
Uneecops HROne ATS was configured to operationalize onboarding workflows, attendance capture and payroll runs, while supporting applicant tracking and candidate lifecycle management typical of Applicant Tracking System deployments. Configuration focused on automated offer and onboarding sequences, attendance-based payroll triggers, and centralized personnel records to reduce manual handoffs between recruitment and payroll teams.
The implementation consolidated HR, recruitment, and payroll operations within the Uneecops HROne ATS environment at the Gurgaon site, with the application serving as the system of record for new hires and timekeeping data. Governance centered on standardized HR workflows and role-based access controls to align recruitment intake, onboarding approvals, and payroll submission processes under a single platform.
Outcomes reported from the case study include a reduction in new-hire onboarding time of around 80 percent and enabling payroll processing cycles in under three hours, reflecting accelerated onboarding and payroll orchestration through Uneecops HROne ATS. These results indicate streamlined recruitment-to-payroll handoffs and higher operational efficiency within Droom India’s HR and payroll functions.
