Integrations and operational coverage were scoped to four companies and to the office manager and a controller overseeing three accountants who performed day to day functions. Reconciliations and cash deposit workflows were routed through the Quickbooks environment, and month end close activities were coordinated to produce consolidated statements for monthly financial review meetings. Vehicle inventory control was maintained within the accounting records with tracked assets valued at approximately 5 million dollars. Governance centered on regularized month end procedures, controlled A R and A P workflows, and documented processes for preparing materials for external CPA review. The accounting team used Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise to standardize reporting cadence and to enforce reconciliation discipline across the four entities, aligning operational accounting, tax filing and investor reporting processes under a single ERP Financial application.
