The Sage Lockstep implementation focused on core AR Automation capabilities including invoice presentment, automated collections workflows, cash application and payment matching, dispute management, and aging analysis. Configuration work emphasized rules based dunning sequences, automated cash posting, and payment portal connectivity to streamline the end to end accounts receivable lifecycle.
Integrations were implemented with Salesforce for customer master and case handoffs, Intacct for general ledger synchronization, AnytimeCollect to augment collections orchestration, and payment processors Paytrace and Solupay for electronic payment acceptance.
