In 2010 DuMont implemented Serrala FinanceSuite to address AP Automation across its operations in Germany, initiating a cross location project that combined implementation activities with formal process documentation. The program emphasized centralized project management and structured rollout planning to align accounts payable and purchase-to-pay processes with corporate governance requirements.
Configuration work focused on invoice receipt workflow automation and end to end Purchase-to-Pay P2P orchestration, alongside customizing SAP modules FI, SD, and AM to align transaction posting and asset accounting. Payment transaction customizing was executed for the SAP FI to Serrala integration, including work with Serrala Hanse Orga components to standardize electronic payment processing.
Technical scope included interface support, data transfer and error analysis between SAP and Serrala FinanceSuite, plus electronic banking communications and inventory management touchpoints. The implementation covered operational processes used by finance, accounts payable, procurement and treasury teams, with cross location integration points and transaction handoffs defined for automated posting and reconciliation.
Governance and sustainment were delivered through an SAP role concept and authorization management framework, application support AwB and master data maintenance for Serrala FinanceSuite. The engagement also documented processes and implemented internal optimization measures to stabilize operations and support ongoing application support and error resolution workflows.

In 2015, DuMont implemented Talention ATS as its Applicant Tracking System on its careers website, embedding the application on jobs.dumont.de/talention/jobs to centralize online candidate intake. The deployment places Talention ATS at the front end of DuMont recruiting, capturing applicant data through branded application forms and publishing open roles directly from the ATS to the public careers portal.
Talention ATS was configured to support core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition publishing, candidate profile capture, pipeline management, recruiter and hiring manager workflows, and templated candidate communications. Configuration emphasized branded presentation on the careers site and standard pipeline stages consistent with corporate hiring processes, while the Talention ATS candidate database provides a searchable talent pool for ongoing sourcing activities.
The implementation is operationally scoped to DuMont recruiting and talent acquisition functions, with the careers website acting as the primary candidate-facing integration point. Access and operational use are centered on recruiter users and hiring managers who interact with the Talention ATS to manage applicant review and interview coordination, and the solution serves as the authoritative record for applicant data captured via the website.
Governance focused on centralizing recruitment workflows within Talention ATS, including role-based access for HR and hiring managers, standardized vacancy configuration for consistent job posting, and maintenance of employer brand elements on the careers portal. The Talention ATS implementation aligns DuMont Applicant Tracking System capabilities with existing recruiting operations, enabling consistent applicant intake and pipeline orchestration through the company website.
