In 2023, Duravant implemented Go1 Skills Insights to create a single Learning Academy across its 15 operating companies. Duravant implemented Go1 Skills Insights in the Skills Intelligence category to centralize learning content and standardize access to courses across its corporate footprint.
The deployment consolidated course catalogs and configured course enrollment workflows to synchronize with Duravant's HRIS, and centralized reporting was used to aggregate monthly usage data and engagement metrics. The implementation included a centralized Learning Academy experience and the uptake of Go1’s Reporting & Insights and Skills Insights capabilities is reasonably inferred from the customer story and monthly usage reporting.
Operational coverage spanned all 15 operating companies, with primary business functions impacted including HR and learning and development, and the system was used to track course completion and learner engagement across those units. Governance shifted toward centralized reporting and academy-level oversight to support consistent content curation, monthly usage analysis, and cross-company visibility.
Duravant reported 4,900 courses completed through the centralized reporting environment and used aggregated monthly usage data to monitor adoption and engagement. The Go1 Skills Insights deployment therefore served as a consolidated Skills Intelligence solution for HR and L&D at Duravant.
