To-Increase Legacy To-Increase Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Project Portfolio Management PPM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Dutch-Shape implemented To-Increase Industrial Equipment Manufacturing to add manufacturing functionality into its ERP and strengthen engineer-to-order workflows. The deployment targeted engineer-to-order manufacturing and extended Project Portfolio Management capabilities to unify manufacturing, project, and financial administration across the organization. To-Increase Industrial Equipment Manufacturing was deployed with an emphasis on the Advanced Job Management module, while the overall IEM solution footprint included Resource Management, Manufacturing Integration, and Service Integration. Advanced Job Management was configured to reflect bespoke job structures and routing typical of engineer-to-order production, supplementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV production features that were oriented toward serial manufacturing. AXIANS acted as the implementation partner, integrating To-Increase Industrial Equipment Manufacturing into Dutch-Shapes Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment and aligning the IEM modules with the AXIANS I-make tool and existing project and financial administration records. Governance focused on project-level configuration and cross-functional alignment between engineering, manufacturing, project accounting, and finance, and the deployment improved visibility across manufacturing, project, and financial administration within the ERP.
