maexware solutions led the implementation effort in partnership with Liquam, Avenit and Blackforestbytes, delivering technical integration work to bridge the OXID eShop platform with retailer operational systems. Integration efforts concentrated on channel orchestration, catalog feeds, inventory reconciliation and order handoff to store fulfillment and logistics systems to enable online to store continuity.
Governance established a multi stakeholder model with EDEKA Sudwest providing program leadership and independent retailers responsible for local storefront configuration and merchandising workflow. The joint project received public recognition as an innovative IT solution, highlighting the role of OXID eShop in enabling connected retail experiences across the EDEKA Sudwest network.
