Reporting and insight flows were directed into SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Group Reporting, while solution extension initiatives delivered document management and e-signature functionality and improved employee experience through SAP Work Zone.
Operational coverage aligned contingent worker processes with EG Group's HR and workforce management functions across the UK, Europe and Australia, and with the companys global retail and forecourt footprint of over 6,200 sites in 10 markets. Governance workstreams implemented SAP best practices to strengthen internal controls, establish a centre of excellence and create a universal ERP template to accelerate acquisition integration and consistent policy enforcement.
The deployment aimed to remove complexity and provide consistent, real-time contingent labor data to enable insight-to-action, while enabling tighter automation of end-to-end HR and workforce processes.
