The on-premise architecture centralized data across both clinic sites, and the implementation engaged an Odoo functional consultant Thomas Dobblesteyn to configure workflows, user access and module mappings. Operational scope included clinical operations, procurement, finance and HR teams within the Kano and Abuja facilities.
Governance emphasized a single system of record for patient interactions and back office processes, reducing the need for multiple distinct software products and simplifying training and maintenance.
