| oHRis | Legacy | oHRis Absence and Leave Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, Eiffage implemented oHRis Absence and Leave Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution to support HR operations across Group headquarters and regional HR teams. The deployment centralized leave administration and user assistance workflows, positioning the application as the primary tool for absence tracking and coordination of statutory and voluntary campaigns. Configuration and functional scope emphasized leave administration, incident analysis and resolution, centralization of change requests through evolution sheets, and ongoing maintenance in operational conditions. The implementation included functional and non regression acceptance testing, updates to internal procedures and documentation, and routine administration tasks performed by the HRIS Manager to ensure operational support and user assistance. Integrations and operational interfaces explicitly included the payroll tool Arcole and the DSN Portal Talentia, with oHRis Absence and Leave Management connected into payroll data validation and campaign data feeds. The HRIS team also participated in the Workday and GXP ADP implementation project through design workshops and functional acceptance testing, coordinating links between IT teams, software publishers, regional teams and Group headquarters. Governance and rollout practices centered on coordination of annual campaigns such as employee savings and DADS CP, communication and monitoring of HR teams, control and validation of data to be integrated, and configuration of the relevant HRIS tools. Change management activities included training delivered via the LMS platform Syfadis, functional acceptance testing cycles, and a reporting program covering ad hoc studies, monthly workforce reporting, and annual IAS, IFC and work medal filings. | |

| TIBCO Software | Legacy | TIBCO Spotfire | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023, Eiffage deployed TIBCO Spotfire as an Analytics and BI application within its Centre de Services Partagés, targeting improved detection of unusual financial transactions and enabling auditor self-service. The rollout focused on CSP financial functions including supplier relations, transaction management, and accounting, delivering daily suspicious transaction screening for a six person internal audit team across the group’s operations in 50 countries. The TIBCO Spotfire implementation combined data wrangling, custom dashboards, Python extensibility, and an embedded web frontend to support anomaly detection, exploratory analysis, and indicator-driven monitoring. Eiffage configured dozens of financial monitoring indicators in eight weeks, with one full time resource dedicated to Spotfire projects and an ERP specialist to qualify and locate source data. Integrations include direct visualization of PeopleSoft ERP securitization steps and the addition of TIBCO BusinessEvents software to surface real time securitization status to branches. The deployment architecture uses a balanced distribution of client, server, and database resources to optimize performance and storage, enabling scalable dashboards and server side processing without excessive disk consumption. Governance and workflow changes emphasized auditor autonomy, enabling auditors to trace transaction histories, explore datasets, and decide whether to escalate items for investigation before requesting additional information. CSP managers adopted Spotfire driven indicators to monitor payment deadlines, bank statement processing, and regulatory compliance, and the team formalized securitization steps into visual workflows to align branch level operations. Outcomes explicitly reported include more proactive financial management and improved operational visibility, driven by the combination of TIBCO Spotfire and TIBCO BusinessEvents software. Eiffage is extending the solution to oversee the closing process with regional status maps of France, and plans to consider predictive analytics as scenarios mature. | |
