Operational coverage included core business functions across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Maintenance and Human Resources, with delivery activity based from ElectraNet operations in Adelaide, South Australia.
Governance for the rollout was executed under the Data and Analytics Program, led by a Senior IT Project Manager, and included establishing an enterprise data governance capability enabled by the new data platform. The program emphasized cross-functional process alignment between asset management, finance and HR to ensure consistent master data and operational workflows.
