Governance was formalized through standardized pricing approval workflows and centralized reporting to reduce manual handoffs and reporting effort. As reported by the customer, outcomes included a 90% reduction in time to renew technical publications, an 80% reduction in time spent generating reports, a 50% reduction in time to approve pricing and quotes, and a 20% increase in selling time.
