In 2017, Embraer implemented Conga Apttus Revenue Management as a Revenue Cycle Management platform to centralize Middle Office processes for quotes and contracts. The deployment targeted Quote to Cash workflows supporting Embraer’s Commercial, Defence, Executive, and Agricultural business units and aimed to streamline contract lifecycles and renewals. The implementation configured Apttus Quote to Cash capabilities including quoting, contract management, renewal orchestration, pricing approval workflows, and reporting. Conga Apttus Revenue Management was configured to automate Quote to Renew processes and to manage renewal workflows for technical publications. The Apttus solution integrated with Embraer’s CRM system to synchronize opportunities, pricing and contract records, enabling automated approval routing and quote generation across Middle Office and Sales teams. Operational coverage included Middle Office and Sales functions aligned to Embraer’s global product lines, with the system serving as the single platform for quote and contract lifecycle orchestration. Governance was formalized through standardized pricing approval workflows and centralized reporting to reduce manual handoffs and reporting effort. As reported by the customer, outcomes included a 90% reduction in time to renew technical publications, an 80% reduction in time spent generating reports, a 50% reduction in time to approve pricing and quotes, and a 20% increase in selling time.
