The deployment included interfacing with internal information systems to feed operational workflows and to centralize documents and transactional data, removing prior dependence on complex Excel files that were sources of error. Operational coverage is daily and organization wide for the real estate management function, with Yllio used by teams across agency networks for day to day portfolio management and decision support. Governance emphasized tailor made configuration and iterative rollout of new functionality, enabling business process standardization and automation across the operating department.
