| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2006 | 2006 |
In 2006 Emerson Electric implemented FIS GETPAID as its Collections platform. FIS GETPAID was deployed as an AR Automation solution to standardize enterprise collections processes and provide centrally hosted collections services supporting Finance and Collections business functions.
The implementation scope covered enterprise-wide application setup, installation, integration and maintenance activities for mission-critical application software. Workstreams included configuration of collections workflows, cash application and dispute management capabilities within FIS GETPAID, and alignment of operating procedures across Emerson's centrally hosted application portfolio.
Architecturally the work was delivered as part of a centralized hosting model, with consolidation and migration activities that moved 80 applications representing 130 environments into two new Global Data Centers. Operational coverage extended to Finance, Collections, Product Life Cycle Management, Supply Chain and messaging systems, with explicit integration and operational interdependence among Hyperion, TeamCenter, Ultriva, SRM, Outlook and Vendavo as part of Emerson-wide application support.
Governance and runbook changes were enacted through staffed technical and project management teams responsible for Emerson-wide centrally hosted applications, and through a staffed support footprint that included a 15 person center in Manila and a 25 person center in Mohali to support Enterprise Applications. A service excellence program called SEMOO, Software Engineering Moment of Opportunity, introduced monthly recognitions and customer service incentives and reduced customer complaints by 99 percent in eight months while sustaining FIS GETPAID operations.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Emerson Electric implemented Oracle Absence Management. Emerson Electric implemented Oracle Absence Management in the Absence and Leave Management category to support HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time and Labor business functions.
The implementation included configuration of core absence modules alongside broader HR modules, specifically HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence, Time and Labor, Compensation, Taleo Recruit and Taleo Learn. Oracle Absence Management was configured with accrual formulas and absence plan rules, and technical artifacts such as Fast Formulas, accrual formulas, payroll formulas, extract rules and HCM Extracts were used to operationalize leave calculations and reporting.
Architecture and integrations leveraged both Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS HRMS techno-functional patterns, with automation of inbound and outbound integrations. Platform services cited include PAAS components such as DBCS and OIC, and technical outputs included HDL, HSDL, BIP and OTBI reports to feed payroll flows and HR reporting pipelines.
Operational governance was delivered through HRIT strategic support, standardized checklists and documented payroll flows, enabling coordinated configuration, testing and cutover workstreams. Reporting bundles and extract rules were used to enforce data consistency for HR, Payroll and Benefits stakeholders, and ongoing techno-functional support covered configuration, integration automation and report maintenance.

In 2017, Emerson Electric implemented Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) as its Field Service Management platform and commissioned development of a dedicated Field Service Mobile App. Emerson configured the Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) deployment to support technician mobility and real time orchestration, aligning the application to Field Service Management functional workflows for scheduling and dispatch, work order lifecycle, and mobile job execution.
The implementation delivered a mobile workforce application integrated with Oracle Service Cloud to enable case to work order flow and synchronized customer context. Functional capabilities emphasized in the build included automated scheduling and dispatch engine integration, technician mobile job lists with offline synchronization, appointment and ETA coordination, and work order status updates back into Oracle Service Cloud.
Sofbang LLC served as the system integrator for development and delivery, working with Emerson service operations and IT to define integration points, API based data exchange, and deployment governance. Governance covered release sequencing, change control for service orchestration rules, and operational handover to field service management teams, with phased implementation and support processes to stabilize the cloud to mobile architecture.
