In 2023, ENERGO-PRO operated IFS ERP as its ERP Financial system and continued to run the platform across its Georgian operations. The deployment work began with a contract in 2014 and the system went fully live in 2017, supporting 340 named users across the organization, with initial implementation and configuration focused on finance, logistics, maintenance and human resources.
The implementation deployed the full IFS ERP application suite, including IFS Financials, IFS Project, IFS Supply Chain, IFS Sales & Service, IFS Document Management, IFS Maintenance, Human Resources and IFS Payroll, with particular attention to maintenance and logistics modules and project management configuration to match hydropower asset workflows. System configuration emphasized standard ERP Financial capabilities for transactional accounting, project cost control and inventory visibility, and asset and maintenance record keeping for power plant equipment.
IFS ERP was integrated with existing IT solutions to centralize data entry and create a single source of truth, enabling cross department access to current asset and project information. Operational coverage targeted Energo-Pro Georgia’s fleet of hydropower and gas fired plants, with finance, warehouse, maintenance, HR and project teams using IFS ERP for day to day operations and project execution.
Governance and rollout used an internal implementation team drawn from finance, logistics, maintenance and HR, combined with consultant support from IFS Ukraine, and key system users ran end user training programs. Reported outcomes from the implementation included improved transparency of business processes, continuous access to up to date data, enhanced project management, reduced reaction times for fault reports, better inventory visibility across warehouses and centralized support for maintenance and overhaul activities.

| IFS | Legacy | IFS HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, ENERGO-PRO implemented IFS HCM in the Core HR category to centralize workforce management across Energo-Pro Georgia. This implementation extended an existing IFS Applications ERP footprint that went fully live in 2017 and which already included IFS Financials, IFS Project, IFS Supply Chain, IFS Maintenance, IFS Document Management, Human Resources and IFS Payroll.
IFS HCM was configured to consolidate employee master data, payroll interfaces, organizational structures and HR transactional workflows into a single Core HR system. Implemented functional capabilities included core employee records and personnel administration, payroll integration, absence and leave tracking, role-based security for HR processing and transactional handoffs into payroll and finance modules.
The IFS HCM deployment was integrated with the broader IFS Applications landscape to enable shared master data and process orchestration between Human Resources, Finance, Maintenance and Project Management. Operational coverage targets Energo-Pro Georgia’s local HR organization supporting the company’s fleet of 15 small and medium hydropower plants and a gas-fired plant, and the wider IFS environment is used by approximately 340 Energo-Pro Georgia employees.
Governance and rollout followed the implementation team model established during the original IFS project, with core representation from finance, logistics, maintenance and HR, and consultant input previously provided by IFS Ukraine. Key system users from those departments conducted end-user training and configured HR approval workflows and data governance rules within IFS HCM.
The 2023 IFS HCM deployment reinforces the ENERGO-PRO IFS HCM Core HR relationship by centralizing HR and payroll information and aligning HR process execution with project, maintenance and finance workflows already managed in IFS Applications. The broader IFS rollout has delivered transparency, centralized up-to-date data and improved human resources management, outcomes the IFS HCM extension is intended to sustain and expand.

| IFS | Legacy | IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul | Plant Maintenance | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, Energo-Pro Georgia deployed IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul to centralize Plant Maintenance across its generation assets. Energo-Pro Georgia implemented IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul to strengthen maintenance and overhaul management across its fleet of 15 small and medium hydropower plants totaling 482 MW and a 110 MW gas-fired power plant.
The deployment extended IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul alongside IFS Financials, IFS Project, IFS Supply Chain, IFS Sales & Service, IFS Document Management, Human Resources and IFS Payroll to create a unified application set that supports asset lifecycle, project execution and supply chain workflows. Configuration work focused on consolidating the asset registry, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, overhaul project tracking and warehouse inventory control, aligning Plant Maintenance operational workflows with project and finance processes.
Technically the implementation integrated disparate IT solutions into a single ERP backbone to provide centralized inventory visibility and continuous access to up-to-date asset and project information. Operational coverage spans finance, logistics, maintenance, human resources and project teams, and the solution is actively used by 340 Energo-Pro Georgia employees responsible for operations and the companys investment program execution.
Governance for the rollout was led by a cross-functional implementation team composed of finance, logistics, maintenance and HR representatives, supported by consultants from IFS Ukraine, with key system users delivering end-user training. The program standardized data entry and workflow practices, embedded maintenance and project controls into routine operations and formalized fault-reporting and escalation processes; the broader IFS implementation originally went live in 2017.
Reported outcomes from the IFS deployment include improved transparency of business processes, access to accurate and up-to-date data, better internal communication, improved inventory management, strengthened project management and reduced reaction times for fault reports. Energo-Pro Georgia expects further benefits in planning and budgeting over time and treats the IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul implementation as foundational to more effective control of its complex infrastructure.
