In 2018, EnPro Industries, Inc. implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial application. The rollout targeted manufacturing and distribution operations, including a manufacturing facility in Mexico and a Mexico based distribution center, and was managed as a global cloud ERP initiative with internal project leadership.
The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment covered core financial and operational modules, explicitly including Order to Cash, Record to Report, Design to Build, and Procure to Pay, aligned with ERP Financial functional workflows. Configuration work extended to manufacturing workflow support, shop floor data capture, inventory and distribution controls, and electronic data interchange transaction processing.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, EnPro Industries, Inc. implemented SAP Concur Travel in the Travel Management category. The implementation centralized travel and expense administration that had been assigned to a corporate staff accountant since 2012, consolidating oversight across more than 10 US divisions, Canadian divisions and other global locations and placing all corporate card administration into a single corporate role by early 2014.
The deployment focused on SAP Concur Travel's T&E and corporate card management capabilities, including configuration of Concur T&E profiles, corporate card provisioning, and use of Concur Report Studio for scheduled control reporting. The Concur T&E program supported issuance and administration of over 850 corporate cards during the program rollout period, and report templates were developed to disburse reconciliations and exception reports to required managers on a monthly cadence.
Integrations and operational interfaces were implemented as part of the program, specifically setup of Concur Bank Feed connections and administration support for Bank CCM software, reconciliation of card statements to ACH transactions, and a payroll-linked process to capture personal card use via payroll deduction. Weekly Concur feed balancing was used to prepare journal entries, with Excel-based processes used to reconcile feeds prior to posting to corporate accounting.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, including revision of T&E and Corporate Card policies, updates to employee card agreements, and scheduling of a Concur Site Assessment to identify improvement areas. Program administration responsibilities were formalized under the corporate staff accountant role to maintain policy enforcement, card issuance controls, and recurring reporting for corporate accounting, accounts payable and divisional expense managers.
