In 2014, EnQuest implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial solution. The deployment established a centralized financial ledger and inventory accounting backbone to support joint venture accounting and month end control processes across the group.
Configuration work concentrated on inventory transaction posting, JV accounting workflows, Operated Cash Calls and Billing Statements, month end value of work done accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and credit control. Infor SunSystems was used to calculate and post inventory related provisions and to generate reporting updates for internal governance including the Audit Committee.
The SunSystems environment was integrated operationally with the company maintenance and asset system, evidenced by detailed reconciliations between Sun and Maximo systems to maintain alignment between financial records and physical inventory position. Operational coverage included Aberdeen based teams and project activity to prepare for transition of JV activities toward a Dubai shared services centre, with inventory balances related to the BP asset acquisition Magnus, SVT and NLGP successfully transitioned in December 2017.
Governance and process worklines included participation in a cross functional process improvement group to address historic issues relating to an earlier system implementation, development of a prioritized remediation workplan, and implementation of control procedures and reconciliations. Temporary project resourcing supported operational JV and inventory continuity while documentation and handover processes were executed to embed new workflows into the finance and inventory teams.

In 2019 EnQuest deployed Workday Recruiting. The company uses Workday Recruiting, a Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System, to power its public careers site at https://enquest.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/Enquest_Careers and to centralize external candidate application flows. The implementation consolidates job posting, requisition handling, and applicant tracking on the corporate careers portal, and Workday Recruiting is configured to manage candidate submission, requisition approvals, interview scheduling, and offer workflows.
The deployment is focused on HR and talent acquisition functions, providing a unified applicant tracking layer for recruiters and hiring managers within Workday Recruiting. Governance centers on requisition lifecycle controls and hiring approvals implemented in the application, with configuration directed at careers site publishing and candidate experience rather than external back office systems. Workday Recruiting serves as EnQuests public-facing recruitment engine and the primary system for managing corporate hiring workflows.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 EnQuest implemented IBM Maximo CMMS as its primary Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) platform to centralize maintenance planning and analytics across offshore installations. The IBM Maximo CMMS deployment focused on establishing an authoritative asset register and structured work order management to support monthly maintenance risk, compliance and performance reporting under the guidance of the Maintenance & Reliability Lead Analyst.
Configuration emphasized standard CMMS capabilities, including preventive maintenance scheduling, planning and scheduling workflows, workload reporting for core crew maintenance resource planning, and reporting and analytics modules. IBM Maximo CMMS was used to develop workload reports that aim to utilize resources efficiently across all offshore assets and to align resourcing profiles to workload profiles across disciplines and installations.
The implementation included integration with Business Information Management tools to support efficient analysis of maintenance performance, and operational processes to coordinate third party developers and technical support teams where external development or support was used. The IBM Maximo CMMS instance acted as the focal system for identifying CAP activities and enabling the integration of non CAP activities into integrated schedules for each installation.
Governance and process redesign were centered on a Maintenance Support and Development Analyst role that acted as the focal point for maintenance planning and scheduling improvements, ensuring maintenance and operations stakeholders were engaged in process changes. Regular monthly reporting cadence and workload analysis were established to inform maintenance planning, and the role included oversight of maintenance analysis improvement efforts with third party technical teams.
