Operational governance centered on a Business and Technical support Teamleader who acted as Flexcube Competence Leader, managing a nine person team, capacity planning, staff training and development. The team handled operational incident resolution, parameter changes for new products, and ongoing system administration to support retail banking, branch operations and digital channels.
