Epic ASAP was actively managed for optimization of storyboards navigators preference lists quick lists and flowsheets to align clinician workflows. Integrations and interoperability were explicitly managed as part of the Epic ASAP implementation, including Care Everywhere DXO and DXC maintenance and oversight of connections to the eHealth Exchange as well as interfaces with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration. The program maintained user accounts and security for the ASAP application and supported cross functional coordination with hospital leadership and department subject matter experts to translate clinical workflows into Epic configuration. Governance centered on project planning and operational support, with roles responsible for tasks resources and project plans across discovery adoption design build testing and post live support. Testing artifacts included Application Script Testing Integrated Script Testing Charge Testing and Parallel Revenue Charge Testing, and documentation practices covered system design documentation procedures processes and data flows. Ongoing activities included Nova Note review and adoption of updates support for multiple concurrent projects coaching of team members and management of user expectations for the Epic ASAP environment.
