SAP S/4 HANA served as the transactional ledger and accounting engine for these workflows. Governance was formalized through a SAP FI Business Analyst function acting as the finance process governance lead and business continuity focal point, responsible for bug fixing, enhancement prioritization and user support across the Group. This role centralized ownership of FI configuration, controls for asset and treasury processes, and orchestration of finance conversion tasks during the SAP S/4 HANA rollout.

Training materials and communications were produced to drive tool adoption among HRBPs, managers and employees. Governance and role accountability were established through defined responsibilities for performance management facilitation, succession planning analysis, and global learning program support. A designated Talent and People Development resource supported system configuration, KPI monitoring and the creation of training content to streamline adoption and process execution. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central remained the central system of record for Core HR data and talent-related process orchestration.

The initiative reworked store workflows and data flows to support omnichannel order routing and personalized service at the Point Of Sale, delivering improved in-store operations and customer personalization as stated by company leadership.
