Configuration work concentrated on core Interview Scheduling capabilities, including structured interview slot management, candidate-facing self-scheduling links, calendar synchronization, automated interview confirmations and reminders, and enforcement of standardized interviewer assignment and workflow rules. HireVue Interview Scheduling was configured to support consistent recruiting governance and repeatable scheduling workflows across hiring teams. Integration efforts explicitly connected HireVue Interview Scheduling with Workday, Azure, SAP, Concur, Egencia, Glint, and Kronos as part of an integration program to centralize HR data flows. The technical approach emphasized orchestration between Workday and HireVue for candidate lifecycle events and used Azure services to manage identity and calendar synchronization for interviewer availability. Governance and rollout were coordinated by Essity IT project management, which created and maintained project charters and project plans, provided training and coaching to project teams, and executed delivery using both AGILE and WATERFALL methodologies. Operational ownership rested with HR and Talent Acquisition, while IT coordinated cross-departmental activities and documentation to standardize interview scheduling processes.
