The solution also maintained Prosoft master data for Singapore, Australia and New Zealand and supported review workflows for Japan and Korea P and L reasonableness, including variances, expense coding and cost center analysis. Governance and process design emphasized multi country review controls and handoffs between local finance and regional oversight, with explicit counter review steps for four regional countries and detailed verification for Japan and Korea. The implementation structured month end submission routines to corporate, formalized audit schedule preparation for year end audit, and embedded routine finance governance tasks such as commission calculation and cross charging within Unit4 Prosoft HRMS processes.
