In 2011 Eurobank Asset Management implemented Bloomberg PORT Enterprise as its Portfolio and Investment Risk Management platform to institutionalize model portfolio tracking and third party fund management. Bloomberg PORT Enterprise was positioned to support the fund selection and reporting workflows led by the Head of Fund Selection and a small team of fund analysts within Eurobank Asset Management's Greek operations.
Bloomberg PORT Enterprise was configured to host model portfolios and to provide portfolio-level reporting and tracking, with model portfolios uploaded to Bloomberg PORT Enterprise to maintain an auditable track record. The firm complemented Bloomberg PORT Enterprise capabilities with an internally developed performance attribution system for Discretionary Portfolios and used backtesting workflows to validate fund selection models.
Operationally the deployment covered third party fund platform management, quantitative and qualitative assessment of mutual funds, portfolio construction for discretionary mandates, and the generation of regular client and internal reports. Bloomberg PORT Enterprise supported business functions including fund selection, distribution of third party funds, due diligence, and reporting to senior management.
Governance changes accompanying the implementation included formalizing fund assessment methodology and creating a deselection procedure to enforce ongoing monitoring and compliance within the fund distribution process. Explicit outcomes recorded during the period included expansion of assets under distribution from below €100 million to over €550 million and model portfolios that delivered high risk adjusted returns, with documented Sharpe Ratio performance for low, medium, and high risk allocations, while Bloomberg PORT Enterprise maintained the track record for those model portfolios.

In 2020, Eurobank Asset Management deployed OneTrust Cookie Consent on its public website. Eurobank Asset Management uses OneTrust Cookie Consent, a Governance, Risk and Compliance application, to centralize cookie consent capture and preference management across its digital properties.
The implementation is delivered via a client side OneTrust Cookie Consent script that presents an initial consent banner and a persistent preference center, enabling category based consent, cookie classification, and consent logging. Configuration activity focused on defining consent categories, capturing user preferences, and retaining consent records within the OneTrust Cookie Consent application for auditability.
Operational coverage is the corporate web estate, with the OneTrust Cookie Consent deployment instrumenting website user journeys and producing consent datasets consumed by Compliance, Legal, IT, and Marketing functions. Integrations are limited to the website front end and the OneTrust platform data store, with captured consent artifacts used to support governance and audit workflows in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain.
Governance was implemented through role based access inside OneTrust Cookie Consent, centralized policy configuration, and consent record retention settings, which align privacy administration and web operations workflows. The deployment follows standard cookie management patterns common in financial services for managing user consent and preference lifecycles.
