| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, Eurobank implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR solution. The bank is one of Greece’s largest employers, with approximately 6,500 employees in Greece, 2,200 employees across 120 sites in Luxembourg, Cyprus, Serbia, Bulgaria, and the UK, and roughly 500 office locations, establishing a broad operational scope for core HR and workforce management processes.
The implementation sits inside a unified SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management suite that Eurobank uses for core HRMS and talent management operations. Functional capabilities include employee central HR data, time and attendance orchestration via SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, self-service clock-in and clock-out interfaces for employees, schedule and shift visibility for managers, and reporting and analytics to support HR administrators and payroll processing on an external third-party payroll system.
Architecturally the deployment leverages SAP Business Technology Platform for agility and external connectivity, enabling real-time compliance integration with national labor systems. To meet Greek legal requirements introduced by law 4808/2021 and the ERGANI II digital work card, the IT team developed 28 interfaces specifically for ERGANI II, and the broader SAP SuccessFactors portfolio maintains 124 interfaces or APIs to exchange data with Eurobank IT systems, generating approximately 131,000 API calls to ERGANI II per month.
Rollout of the time tracking module followed an intensive six-month project and went live in January 2023 after a detailed blueprint phase and near-daily coordination with the Ministry of Labor. Change management emphasized employee training and communications, resulting in a high level of user engagement, more than 5,000 clock-ins and clock-outs per day, and supporting data accuracy and transparency that allows HR to document and justify inconsistencies when they occur.

| Temenos | Legacy | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Eurobank implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. Eurobank will also take advantage of Temenos Infinity alongside Temenos T24 Transact, combining a digital front office product with the core banking application to enhance its digital business agility.
The Temenos T24 implementation centers on core banking capabilities typical of the Core Banking category, including a central ledger and transaction processing, deposit and loan product management, payments orchestration, account servicing, and real time posting and settlement capabilities. Temenos T24 Transact was configured to support product factory style product definition and lifecycle management, enabling faster configuration of retail and corporate banking products.
Integrations focused on linking Temenos T24 Transact with Temenos Infinity to unify front office channel orchestration with core account and transaction services. The deployment emphasizes API enabled connectivity for digital channels and real time transaction flows, creating a technical boundary between the customer facing Infinity layer and the Temenos T24 core processing layer. Operational coverage is centered on Eurobank operations in Greece and targets retail and corporate banking functions for centralized core processing.
Governance and rollout were oriented around aligning the digital front office with the new core platform to support business agility, with the explicit objective of enhancing Eurobank digital business agility through the combined use of Temenos Infinity and Temenos T24 Transact. No implementation partner is specified in the source information.
