Portside Legacy Takeflite Airline Enterprise Software Flight Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Everts Air Cargo deployed Takeflite Airline Enterprise Software. Takeflite Airline Enterprise Software was adopted as the Flight Management platform to centralize flight records, fuel planning, and regulatory reporting workflows across the carrier. Deployment focused on operationalizing day to day flight information capture and packet assembly, with staff acquiring flight details, compiling flight packets, and entering flight data into both Microsoft Access and Takeflite for operational consistency and auditability. The implementation supported routine validation steps, including matching fuel amounts to specific flights and auditing entered flight data for correctness as part of standard flight operations. Configuration emphasized fuel management and dispatch aligned capabilities, reflecting responsibilities to balance bulk fuel using a first in first out method, audit fuel quantities, and maintain a fuel price spreadsheet. The operational configuration also encompassed fuel invoice entry into the company accounting system and tailored reporting outputs for internal stakeholders, leveraging Takeflite to standardize fuel and dispatch workflows and maintain traceable records. Integrations included bidirectional operational data entry with Microsoft Access and handoffs into the accounting system for invoicing, while reporting workflows fed monthly flight reports to the DOT and ad hoc fuel and flight summaries to upper management. Governance incorporated audit controls, FIFO inventory discipline, and role based responsibilities across flight operations, fuel accounting, and finance to ensure compliance and consistent data stewardship using Takeflite Airline Enterprise Software.
