The configuration also excludes the Leave Benefit from leave loading calculations and prevents payment of the benefit on resignation or termination. Operational coverage centered on HR and payroll workflows at Excelsia College in Australia, providing entitlement calculation, accrual posting, expiry enforcement, and a persistent Leave Benefit entry for manager and employee visibility. The Ascender Preceda Absence Management instance serves as the system of record for these benefit entries, reducing manual entitlement adjustments and centralizing absence accounting. Governance was implemented by encoding the policy rules directly within the Absence and Leave Management configuration, with HR assigned to maintain anniversary dates and to manage exceptions. The policy effective date of 01 April 2020 was embedded into the system rules to ensure entitlements and expiry behavior comply with the college policy from that date forward.

OscilloSoft built API connections and integration points so Zoho Analytics consumed structured data from the Zoho CRM instance and from systems integrated into the CRM, including Paradigm for student records and IMAP for email logging. Google Adwords and Zoho Social feeds were integrated into the CRM as explicit data sources, enabling source attribution data to flow through the CRM into Zoho Analytics for consolidated reporting. OscilloSoft also restructured CRM data and provided onsite training on Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics and the API integrations, establishing governance around data structure and reporting responsibility. As a result Excelsia College reported increased visibility and tracking for marketing and admissions workflows, reduced manual processes for staff, and overall satisfaction with the consolidated reporting delivered by Zoho Analytics (ex Zoho Reports).
